PinkPantheress Unveils ‘Fancy Some More’ Mixtape Featuring Global Artists
Expanding the musical landscape of her acclaimed sophomore mixtape, PinkPantheress has released an exhilarating remix compilation, Fancy Some More. The new project builds on the foundational success of Fancy That, which saw significant acclaim earlier this year including a nomination for the 2025 Mercury Prize and recognition in top 50 albums of the year.
Star-Studded Remixes Add a New Dimension
The remix version, featuring a whopping 22 tracks, reinterprets the original nine songs from Fancy That with new contributions from a diverse array of artists including Anitta, JADE, JT, the Sugababes, Kylie Minogue, and Kaytranada, among others. The inclusion of such varied musical talents infuses each track with unique flavors and perspectives, showcasing PinkPantheress’s versatility and wide-reaching appeal.
Among these tracks, collaborations with Zara Larsson and SEVENTEEN stand out, offering fresh takes on PinkPantheress’s signature sound. As she described in a press statement, the goal of Fancy Some More was to let her music “live in different worlds” while maintaining the emotional core of the originals. This goal has clearly been realized, as each artist brings their own unique vibe, enriching the mixtape with global influences.
Continued Success and Upcoming Awards
The original Fancy That mixtape not only gained a spot on the 2025 Mercury Prize shortlist but also achieved significant chart success, reaching the Top Dance Albums and making an appearance on the 200. Its third single, “Illegal,” which creatively samples Underworld’s “Dark & Long (Dark Train),” marked another Hot 100 entry for PinkPantheress, following the success of her collaborative hit “Boy’s a liar Pt. 2” with Ice Spice.

With its release, Fancy Some More invites listeners to experience PinkPantheress’s work through a new lens. The mixtape is now available for streaming, providing fans and new listeners alike the opportunity to immerse themselves in its rich, collaborative soundscape.
