Eagles Extend Their Historic Run at Las Vegas’ Sphere

The iconic rock band, The Eagles, have once again expanded their Sphere residency with new dates, ensuring an even longer presence at the state-of-the-art venue in Las Vegas. This extension solidifies their lead as the venue’s longest-running act.

Breaking Records with Extended Dates

The Eagles’ Sphere residency, which began in September 2024, was initially set to be a significant stint but has now grown substantially. The band has added four more shows on February 20-21 and February 27-28, 2026, pushing their performance count to 52 dates. This extension surpasses the previous record held by Dead & Company, who had 48 performances.

More Opportunities for Fans

Fans eager to catch the Eagles live can now mark their calendars for more dates. The newly added shows in January 2026 — specifically on the 23rd-24th and 30th-31st — are part of this legendary band’s ongoing commitment to deliver unforgettable music experiences. Presale registration is now open on the Eagles’ official website, with various presale events scheduled to follow.

Experiencing the Sphere

The Sphere’s immersive technology offers a unique concert experience that perfectly complements The Eagles’ rich musical narratives. From their classics like ‘Hotel California’ to ‘Life in the Fast Lane,’ fans can expect an auditory and visual feast. The band’s inaugural show at the Sphere was lauded for its vibrant and technologically enhanced performance, setting a high standard for subsequent shows.

Legendary Lineup

Formed in 1971 by Don Henley and Glenn Frey, The Eagles now feature a stellar lineup including Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmit, Vince Gill, and Deacon Frey, continuing the legacy with the same fervor and finesse as before.

Other notable performers at the Sphere include U2, who opened the venue in September 2023, as well as acts like Phish, Kenny Chesney, and the Backstreet Boys. Interestingly, Zac Brown Band is also set to start their residency in December this year.
