These AI Usage Terms (“Terms”) apply to all content owned, operated, or controlled by BlockTone Records (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, music releases, visuals, text, videos, audio, and digital assets (collectively, “Content”).

By accessing or using any BlockTone Records Content, you agree to these AI Usage Terms.

1. Restrictions on AI and Automated Use

Unless you have received written permission from BlockTone Records, you may not:

• Use, copy, download, scrape, or extract any Content — in whole or in part — for the purpose of developing, training, or improving any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or similar technologies.
• Use any automated systems (including bots, spiders, or scrapers) to collect or analyze BlockTone Content for AI or data-mining purposes.
• Create derivative works, simulations, or models that reproduce, mimic, or recompose BlockTone artists’ music, voices, or likeness using AI.
• Remove or bypass any digital measures designed to restrict AI or automated access to our Content.

2. Permitted Uses

The following are allowed without additional authorization:

• Accessing and viewing our Content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Linking to or sharing official BlockTone materials (artist pages, campaign links).
• Standard search engine indexing for display in search results (excluding training, ranking models, or data extraction beyond indexing).

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Content made available by BlockTone Records, including music, images, artwork, videos, logos, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No license or usage rights are granted under these Terms except as expressly stated.

4. Text and Data Mining Opt-Out

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockTone Records opts out of any text and data mining rights (including those under the EU Directive 2019/790/EU or equivalent regulations).
This means our Content cannot be mined, analyzed, or used to train algorithms or AI systems without explicit written approval.

5. Enforcement and Violations

We actively monitor unauthorized AI-related use of our Content.
Any breach of these Terms may result in:

• Legal action under applicable copyright and data protection laws.
• Revocation of access to our services and Content.
• Requests to remove, delete, or destroy AI models or datasets trained on BlockTone materials.

6. Future AI Collaborations

BlockTone Records supports responsible innovation. We may authorize certain AI or data-driven collaborations in the future, under formal agreements that ensure artist protection, ethical use, and transparent data handling.
