Jordan Anderson has officially joined The Bellwether in Los Angeles as the new senior talent buyer, stepping into a pivotal role that will see her manage a diverse array of live music and entertainment venues across the city. This move marks a significant step in her illustrious career in the music industry, which previously saw her at the helm of booking at the iconic Troubadour in West Hollywood.
With her new position at The Bellwether, Anderson is set to oversee the programming at several key spaces. These include the Main Room with a capacity of 1,500, the intimate stage at The Virginian restaurant, the ambient Looking Glass patio lounge, and the recently launched venue, Camille’s, which can accommodate up to 600 guests. Her role extends further to include contributions to Teragram Presents’ other venues, namely the Teragram Ballroom and Moroccan Lounge, thereby enriching her influence across downtown Los Angeles.
Anderson’s journey in the music industry is marked by significant accomplishments and a deep passion for music. During her tenure at the Troubadour, she managed to break a record in 2024 by organizing over 300 shows in a single year, featuring artists such as Chappell Roan, Medium Build, and Renée Rapp. Her career began in Nashville, where she held various influential positions at Marathon Music Works, Exit/In, AEG Nashville, and AC Entertainment, before relocating to L.A. in 2021.
Her commitment to the industry has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by her inclusion in 2025 Pride List and her co-chairing position at the National Independent Venue Association’s “Live List” initiative. These accolades highlight her dedication to nurturing talent and championing emerging artists.
“Jordan’s track record speaks for itself,” remarked Allen Scott, president of concerts & festivals at Another Planet Entertainment. He praised her proactive approach in supporting artists at the early stages of their careers and her ability to forge meaningful connections between artists and audiences. Michael Swier, founder of Teragram Presents, also commended Anderson’s significant impact on the industry, noting her innate talent for discovering and promoting new acts as the hallmark of a true talent buyer.
Anderson expressed her enthusiasm about her new role, “As I take my next step, I’m excited to join the legendary teams at Another Planet and Teragram. The Bellwether is building its own vibrant history in LA, and I’m passionate about discovering and elevating new artists,” she said.
Location and Future Endeavors: The Bellwether stands prominently at 333 S. Boylston Street in L.A., poised under Anderson’s leadership to ascend to new heights in the live music and entertainment scene of the city.
